2-Year Limited Warranty
(United States only)
At Designlink, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer
experience. This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to all Designlink products purchased in the
United States, regardless of whether they were purchased online, through a retail partner, or via an
approved marketplace.
Warranty Coverage
Designlink warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, Designlink will, at its discretion:
• Repair the defective product or part
• Replace the product or part with the same or a comparable item
• Provide a refund or store credit, where appropriate
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Structural or material defects
• Defects resulting from faulty workmanship under normal residential use
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
• Improper assembly, installation, handling, or maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by weather, moisture, or environmental exposure (unless the product is
specifically designed and rated for outdoor use)
• Commercial, rental, or institutional use
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or retailer order history) is required to
submit a warranty claim.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact Designlink Customer Support and provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Product name and/or item number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the defect

Retailer Return Policies
This warranty is provided in addition to any return or satisfaction guarantee offered by the retailer
where the product was purchased. Customers may choose to seek remedies either through the
retailer or directly through Designlink.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Designlink shall not be liable for any incidental
or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, labor costs, or related expenses.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this
limitation may not apply to you.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except as expressly stated herein, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the two-year
warranty period, to the extent permitted by law.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may
not apply to you.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
